At Reencle, we stand behind our mission to reduce food waste and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you are completely happy with your home composting experience. If your Reencle unit isn't the perfect fit for your kitchen, we provide a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Composter

  Ensure the Reencle unit is thoroughly cleaned, emptied of all organic matter, and securely packed in its original box with all included accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
